I am sorry about the issues you are having with your passwords. This issue is most likely caused by your browser's in-built password manager. Please check if your browser has a password stored for lastpass.com. The delete it, passwords for other sites should not affect. Then check again if you are able to see your stored passwords in your lastpass vault.
