lastpass won't save my password

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.I believe you are refering to LastPass is not saving your new sites or passwords you are trying to save, if that is the case then please do the following:

* log out of the LastPass extension (red square on the top right hand side of your screen)
* remove the LastPass extension (right click your mouse, select remove)
* clear your cache and cookies from your browser for the last 7 days (settings, privacy and security)
* add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)
* log in 
* try to save a site/password 
* let us know the results please

Heyner,   thank you very much.  followed the instructions and it cleared up the problem.

it saved my password.
