Hello, @aquino_510
The most recent login attempts used an incorrect password, so no MFA events were triggered.
Regarding your MFA actions, if you're using something like Microsoft or Google Authenticators, these can be disabled via email. Only the LastPass Authenticator would have to be disabled by LastPass Support.
Hello @Ash CannonI can't disable email MFA because I forgot my password, and to request deactivation, I need to log in with the password—which I don't know. When I click to reset the master password, it asks for MFA.

CLIQUE AQUI PRA DESATIVAR A AUTENTICACAO MULTIFATOR (PRESS HEAR TO DEACTIVATE THE MFA) Which leads to the email deactivation page, where it asks for the password again—the one I don't know—creating this endless loop.
If you do not have any recovery one-time-passwords available and cannot remember the account password, you may reset the entire vault contents by following these instructions.
