New User--How Can We Import from Norton Password Manager?

We just purchased LastPass a few weeks ago.

Although we downloaded a CSV file from Norton Password Manager, the format is completely different from the sample LastPass CSV file.

How can we import our passwords as quickly and simply as possible? We don't understand all the column headings in LastPass' file, and since the headings are not the same, we don't know how to handle this.

Welcome to LastPass. Based on your screenshot the columns with your passwords start on row 3. I'll list out what the column names should be on the Norton file and then where you should paste those on the generic CSV

User Name > username
Password > password
Site Name > name
Login ULR > url
Notes > extra

However, the LastPass directions and CSV file include several more columns that we don't know how to fill.

Are the ones you mentioned the only ones we need?
