I have noticed that most of the cases when users are not able to accept an invitation is because they already set up and account. My recommendation is that you delete the account with the issue by following the delete account process without knowing the master password and then send a brand new invite to the user. Pleas an having issues with this same process, I can't gain access 5o a shared password link.. After launching, it still ask for login details
