How to access my account

Question

Hi, i got logged out of my Lastpass browser extension (FireFox).I tried to log in again but it wanted to send me the typical verification email, but nothing arrives.I have tried reetting the password but it again tries to send me a verification email, which doesnt arrive.

I have also go though the account recovery option which does send me an email code, however that tells me their was an error and the account is not able to be recovered.

I am stuck on how to proceed next and get my account back.

Hello all,

I am experiencing the same issue. Got logged out of LastPass browser extension (Firefox), tried to login but my credentials were rejected. I crosschecked several times but email id and password both are correct and have not been changed by me. Verification email and Password hint email I have requested several times on different days but have not received any mail so far.

Am stuck and not able to login. Thank you!

When I checked yesterday there was no update available for Firefox. But after checking again today and installing the latest update for Firefox my LastPass browser extension is logged in again (without any action from my side).
