Safari Lastpass extension icon is blue and autofill not working after update. Anyone else with this problem?

Safari Lastpass extension icon is blue and autofill is not working. This happened after updating to new version of the extension per Lastpass email saying that the version that I downloaded from their website would expire at end of March. New version is 4.126.0. I posted a response to a similar question that appears last week in this forum. Is Lastpass paying attention to this issue? I was ready to abandon Lastpass after all the mess last year, and now this comes along. If I don't get a fix really soon, I'll move to another provider.

Good Luck with that. As soon as I try writing in the box, it transfers me to the community. There is NO DIRECT contact.

I am having the same problem as you. Also Cant see my vault or Launch a website. And they have no direct contact. Just shunt you off to the Community etc! I'm looking for an alternate provider. If you do find out how to fix this problem, I'd appreciate yr feedback. Thanks

On the upper right-hand corner of the community discussion page (this page you're reading, in fact), click on "Contact Us". Then click on "Open a support case" in the "Support Case" box (center box). No response yet from the one I submitted.

I submitted a ticket about 15 minutes ago now and it hasn't been transferred to this group, as far as I can see. Nevertheless I am not hopeful. A service that can't respond to serious problems and doesn't test its new software adequately clearly has staffing and other issues. Ever since an investment firm bought Lastpass (I think that happened, anyway) it's been downhill for them.

Whoops! I am wrong. On the Support page, click on the "Contact Us" button, and you can submit a report to Lastpass. I'm going to try that now.

Yes, I have the same symptom -- the vault says "empty" when I consult it using the Safari extension. And yes, no way to directly report a problem and, from what I can see, Lastpass does not monitor or respond to comments in this community space. I am moving to 1Password this week because I have need of some of its features and it has good reviews and support.

The Lastpass people did contact me and sent me directions on how to fix the problem...but it didn't fix the problem. I have installed 1Password and will now transition to that service. Lastpass has serious challenges that have persisted over the past 1.5 years: communications with its community, software issues, security breaches. I stuck with them as long as I could but just have to make the break. I advise others to do the same.

Well you are lucky that they did contact you. I got some bs response & the problem still persists. So I too will have to find another solution.
