Lasspass master password reset issues

I need to reset my masterpass password but unsuccessful with options I'm finding. when I tried the one time password I get an error that I didn't enter a user or password but was never prompted for that info. I've tried reverting the password and get message to check my email and nothing comes through. Tried the browser reset but tells me the extension isn't installed.
