Issues with managing Shared Folders between family members

Hi,

I created a shared folder to share certain sites with my spouse. I did so, before we switched to Families. Now I have several issues with Shared folders:

1. I can only see my shared-folder on my desktop, not on mobile;

2. my wife sees the shared folder on mobile, but only sees 8 out of 26 items

3. when my wife adds something to the shared folder, i get a mail stating: an item was added to INVALID SHARED FOLDER (caps by LastPass :D )

The main issue here is that folders just does not work correctly. Why are not all items shared? Why can't I access it from my mobile?

Any suggestions?

Sorry for any frustration. Shared folders do need to be managed via a desktop/browser, as this is not currently available on the LastPass mobile devices. You should be able to convert a shared folder already in your Vault to a shared folder (following the steps here:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-create-a-shared-folder)and this will create a separate Shared Folder with all of the items in that shared folder at the time of creating the shared folder. There are a few other ways to add items to a Shared Folder that may be faster than editing the shared folder in the Sharing Center:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-move-items-to-a-shared-folder
