I must say I'm extremely disappointed by the experience I've just had from LastPass.
I chose to end my LastPass family since I have given up on getting my wife to start use it. I of course believed that meant I would get LastPass Premium for the rest of the period I had paid for LastPass Family (think it was until 2022-03-12).
Instead I'm being downgraded to LastPass Free! If I would have known that I would NEVER have chosen to end my family subscription until it was time for renewal.Also, because I was downgraded to LastPass Free without properly informing me I now had to pay (again) for LastPass Premium to even be able to contact Last Pass and let you know how terrible this user experience is.I would like my LastPass premium subscription period to be extended to at least with the 1.5 month I had left of my LastPass family subscription, how do I get help with that?
