Unable to Upgrade to Premium

Hi together,

i currently have a free account and would now like to upgrade to Premium.

But when i click on the Upgrade Button the following Message appears:

Not authorized to make this purchase

Sorry, you cannot purchase this product with your account. Please contact our support.

Hi, all.

Although we do not yet have a specific support article to instruct customers where Premium upgrades fail to actuate, you can visit the 'Contact Support' page, then click 'Open a billing case'.

We'll work to fill the support gap in documentations and contact flows for the future.

If for any reason you do not hear back from Customer Support, you may click my Community name to send a private message with the LastPass email address + source of renewal attempt (i.e. Apple / Google / lastpass.com).

Diggina bit deeper, it appears my premium subscription was renewed via Apple, but I still show as having a Free account.

I have the same issue, I have had my account since March of 2015 and have been paying for premium for quite a while. My account expired and I guess the payment method had changed, so I added my new card to upgrade. I keep getting this error when trying to upgrade to Premium:

You cannot purchase this product with your account

We're sorry, the product you are attempting to purchase is not compatible with your LastPass account. Please logout and use a different account. Thissupport articleexplains possible reasons you are getting this error and how to resolve it.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
