Account Recovery Process Error

Question

I used the account recovery button to reset my master password

1. received SMS and changed the master password and password hint

2. Press save. Enter master password block appears to save changes. New password doe not work

3. tried multiple times to reset/recover password over multiple days with no luck

Estamos com esse problema em duas contas onde mudamos a senha para 12 dígitos e nunca mais conseguimos logar nem recuperar a conta.

Realmente um problema complicado depois de anos utilizando Laspass
