I hope you can help me, because I feel like I'm going insane. The issue is that I am unable to recover my account and it is literally impossible to contact support without logging in. I really, really need help because all my passwords are stored in my vault.
As one does, I tried to recover my account. I received an email with a link, but once I click on the link the webpage says the link has expired and that I need to generate a new link. So I did. Unfortunately, I received the same message. Over and over again.
Things I've tried so far:- I am using the browser I was last logged in on, and that has Lastpass Extension.
- I tried to login through my browser, but that didn't work.
- I tried to login through the extension, also didn't work.
- I used the 'Request help logging in' button on
this page, but I am not receiving any emails. And yes, I checked my spam inbox.
- Followed the steps as listed on
this page, but none of them are working for me.
- I didn't setup a way to recover my account through SMS, and in order to do so, I need to login, so this is not an option.
I've browsed online, but I am simply unable to find a solution to my problem. Please, can someone help me recover my account? How do I get in touch with support OR receive an email with a link that is actually working? It can't be true that I've lost access to all my passwords simply because a link isn't working.
