Please check your online account settings through lastpass.com for General > Website auto-logoff:
If those settings look the same, then we may need to gather some local log files from your device and examine them through a Customer Support case.
OP here - to clarify, I do know where the checkbox is to not reprompt for PW for a certain amount of time. The issue I'm having is after I switched to using the LP installed MFA. There are no options - just accept the popup on my phone. And then my whole session logs out in about 15-30 minutes. It's super annoying.
This problem is unrelated to MFA from what we've seen so far.
One thing you can try is to disable the LP Authenticator, save the changes, then re-sync it again with your account. This can sometimes allow the authentication to remain active longer. Otherwise, we continue to investigate the cause of unexpected logout events, and hope to have more info soon.
