Welcome to the LastPass Community.
It an amazingly straightforward process, to move your billing details from the apple services, you need to cancel the subscription at your Apple appstore, once done you should be able to go at LastPass.com or log in to your account, account settings, general tab, my account and subscribe from there.
In case you get the error "You cannot purchase this product with your account" please let us know so we can fix the issue for you, right after you will be able to subscribe.

I have succesfully cancelled my subscription on apple account.
But now, i can't subscribe on my lastpass account "You cannot purchase this product with your account", in french it's more "you're not allowed to purchase this"

I've switched your account preference to purchase through lastpass.com instead of the app store.
I have a similar issue. I want to change from Premium to Family. I just canceled the Premium subscription in my Apple subscriptions manager, but it's an annual subscription that won't expire until next June. When I go to my account settings, it still shows this existing subscription, and there isn't any option for setting up a new direct subscription.
