Had to enter password on my iPhone today (usually just used Face ID) I thought I knew it but was wrong. Tried to recover password but the email that I was sent didn’t accept new password. Tried again and and again but was finally was locked out. Tried again 5 minutes later and thought I created a new password but when I tried using it, it didn’t recognize it. Had to try again. Not sure what ended up working but got in. Tried changing my master password on the app and it didn’t accept so I don’t know what my password is. Also, app looks a little weird to me for some reason (I’m a paying customer). Having issues trying to add phone number for additional authenticator. Looks like I need to set it up via desktop (watched video) but my desktop isn’t accepting my passwords. I don’t want to get locked out again but this is frustrating.
