A password I shared is not available to others. On the contrary, I can't use the password shared by someone. In either case, it will be available the next day. Why is there a delay? How can we share a password immediately?

Could you try these steps to force a data sync for your account to see if it fixes this issue and the password is shared immediately?
Please also be aware that when sharing an item the recipient will need to view/accept the shared item via email or in their Sharing Center which could cause a delay if they don't accept right away:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-view-and-accept-a-shared-item
