Need Authenticator to login, but need to login to get QR Code to activate Authenticator?

Hi Everyone,

I'm stuck in a loop - INeed Authenticator to login to Lastpass, but need to login to get QR Code to activate Authenticator.

I'm not sure what to do?.... Requesting an SMS doesn't work (it doesn't arrive) and the 'Call Me' option does nothing.

Any help much appreciated!
