Why am I paying for premium service? It seems like Last Pass has been getting worse and worse with it's filling and saving I have been using LP for years and it has been going steadily downhill. Has anyone else been having the same experience?

I keep reporting bugs and nothing happens WT* ? Does anybody check them out I never get a response or an ask for further info nothing. Falls on deaf ears I suppose
