Dupe Google Authenticator entries - neither work

Hi, my wife was prompted for an authenticator code by LastPass. Apparently the code didn't work and somehow she got to a QR code screen which put a second LastPass entry in Google Authenticator, neither code works.

I tried to log onto her LP account to disable MFA security then delete Google Authenticator entries, but I can't log in because it needs the code. We know her master password. How can I get out of this endless loop and give her access to her LP again?

I am sorry about the issues you are having when trying to log in. You can disable the Google Authenticator via email by following the steps on this support article.

After it has been disabled, please delete both codes from LastPass in the authenticator app. Then enable it again and make sure to scan a new QR code.
