At some time in the recent past, I don't remember exactly when, I received information that I had to change my Lastpass password. When I did that, I got a message that the password must have at least one punctuation mark. I added a punctuation mark to my password and saved it. I also changed the password hint. I have this password memorized. But when I tried to log in the next time, I got a message that the password was wrong. I tried all options to log in but it doesn't work.
If i try to recover my account I get the message:
"We couldn't find any one-time passwords for your account, so recovery probably won't work.
You have other one-time passwords, which means you may have already tried account recovery. Check your inbox for the link we sent and try opening it in a different browser.
We sent an SMS with a verification code to..."
If i enter the code that Lastpass sent me, I get a response:
"The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again.
No links in the e-mails Lastpass has sent me, work.
I have requested help for logging in, but I haven`t received any e-mails after the request. Although after request i get the message:
"Thank you for submitting your email. If it matches our records, you will receive an account verification email."
I know the password that was set before the one that has been set now.
How can I log in?
