Poor customer service

I have used lasspass for over two years without any issues and suddenly I can't sign in. I'v emailed support twice and they responded to the first email and asked me questions to make sure the account was mine. I responded back and they haven't responded since. I'v sent them another email asking them what was going on through a different and they asked for my support ticket number. I responded and once again two days later...still no response. Is there anyway to contact someone who is actually going to help me or am I just stuck with not having my issues fixed,

Email support does take longer as support representatives are responding to multiple customers. If possible please request a call back from support for time sensitive issues.

Surprisingly enough they actually finally responded to my emails. I don't quite know why unfortunately. I recommend trying to send one more telling them

about their poor performance because that's what I did. I do hope you too can figure it out
