Hello, I paid for the premium account but the free subscription still appears in my account. several hours have passed and it remains the same. I tried logging out and reinstalling the app but it still appears as free

The billing support team will need to assist with this issue, to create a ticket for the teamplease scroll down and click Contact Support at the bottom center of this article, entering your account info, then clicking "Submit a billing case" at the bottom of the popup that shows:http://link.lastpass.com/community
As a note for other users who may see this thread, please noteif you are LastPass Free customer and you use this to open a non billing related ticket it will be ignored.
