Contact Customer Service

I need to contact Customer Service. I am a Premium Member and it says that part of my membership includes 24/7 customer service. However, when I click on that box it says that I have to upgrade. How do I contact customer service to get that resolved, along with my other issue?

Can't reset password, or get the text for a full recovery... haven't used this service for 3 years, but can't log in to cancel it.

I'm also having trouble removing my lastpass mobile authenticator that I lost when I switched phones, SMS only works for password recovery and not the onetime passcode for some reason. When I try to contact support I get the error message:

Hi@HenryO_LP, you seem to be able when it comes to Lastpass.

I'm a premium LP user and I have enabled 2FA with Lastpass Authenticator. My phone died and the info in Authenticator are not up to date (I changed the email) on the old phone. So the 2FA code doesn't work and I'm unable to log in. I know my master PW but how do I disable Authenticator.?
