Vault contents appear in browser extension, but not when logging into Lastpass (Chrome)

Question

I have been using LastPass successfully for years, primarily by logging into lastpass.com (using Chrome). Now, when I log in via Chrome all my vault entries are gone. Instead I get a "Add your first password" screen. My vault still appears properly in the Chrome browser extension, and it appears properly when logging into LastPass using MS Edge.

I have tried refreshing my vault from the browser extension (successful, but didn't fix the problem), and I have tried to export my passwords from the browser extension (didn't seem to do anything).

Chrome version 137.0.7151.120

Thanks. Deleting browsing data fixed the problem 🙂.

We are truly sorry for the behavior. Please follow the steps below to clean your browser; once done, please close the browser and reopen it, then try to replicate the issue.

1. Go to the top right corner and click on the 3 little dots.

In the new menu please look for the option "Delete browsing data"

2. Once in the new window, choose the time range "All time"

3. Remove the check mark from "Browsing history"

4. Click on delete data.

In case after you follow the steps the issue still persists, please remove the browser extension, clean the browser again, and reinstall the extension.
