the one time password does not work

Hi, for some strange reason my master password is not working. I have tried the recovery through passcode message and it says to contact support but I cant contact support because support only works if you can log in: WTF! Am I paying premium for not being able to talk to anyone?

I have also tried thw one time password but it says it doesnt work either: oh dear...you cant make this **bleep** up.

I dont know what else to do...

Premium fee for zero support doesnt look good...

Hi Henry, in the end I created a new email, joined Last Pass with it and asked for technichal support via phone. However, my one time password worked when the support agent took me through and I don't know why because I did the exact same thing. Anyway thanks for contacting me Henry.

i have been scouring this site for 2 days now desperately trying find how i can recover my account. my whole life has stopped now. i can not do anything. they one time that was cached in my browser was used to change password and it still says my password is wrong and i should go check my email. there is just one problem i have i dont know my email pass, i ironically used lastpass on it. why is lastpass insisting on sending password to my email in the first place i have already configure my google authenticator for MFA. by the way my original password was fine but lastpass kept insisting i go check my email this time. this is new thing last pass is doing.

Hi Henri,

I was able to find and restore my access by booting up an old phone where my hotmail account was not logged out and was still receiving emails from lastpass. I still dont understand why you need my email confirmation when my password is correct and my authenticator code is also correct. Or at least warn a guy when they are changing a password of email associated with their lastpass login that you are going to ask for verification using the email. Needless to say i have taken the necessary precautions to never be in this situation again. writing down my passwords in book is better solution than relying on lastpass. i dont know about other password managers, lastpass was all i ever needed but im looking into others.

I also have same problem. One time password does not work in my browser Firefox after updating it. Basically after update LastPass stopped working. Is there any way I can contact directly support? I have premium account and I struggle to find any contact page.
