lastpass icon disappeared in chrome

Solution for Missing Icon in Toolbar: Something with the code has changed so when you download the latest version of the Lastpass extension, it is set unpinned for the Brave toolbar. You need to click on the "Extensions" icon in the toolbar, toward the right side of screen, use mouse hover over the icons to find the title "Extensions". Left mouse click on the icon and a list of extensions will be displayed. Click on the pin icon next to Lastpass to pin the icon to the Brave toolbar.
