If the extension is not installed on your browser, first download it from:

After installing, or if the extension was already installed. You will see the extensions icon around the top right corner of your browser. If you click on it, you should see LastPass listed there. Click on the settings icon and click Pin to Toolbar for the extension to show on top again.
