Further help with form filling, please. :)

Hi everyone! I use a couple form fill pages in LastPass to automatically fill a COVID log for work (my name, email address, etc... all that annoying stuff I don't want to type every morning). It's neverquiteworked perfectly but still made my life easier. Today, though, it has totally broken for some reason and I haven't changed anything in LastPass.

Now, all of the fields are shifted down one so that the top field for my email address is left blank, the field below that for my name is populated with my email address, and so on. When I click a radio button below (which I understand LP can not save settings for as of now) it all aligns properly so it isn't the end of the world but if I can fix it I'd like to.

Also today, my boss' email address from the second page of my form-fill sheets now auto-fills on every page from Google whether it's search or any other page where a string must be entered. I don't think this is an issue with Chrome or Google because I have autofill and cookies disabled. Anybody know what's up?

Could you try deleting the entries for these sites, then re-adding using theSave All Entered Data method?

• Make sure you are logged into your LastPass browser extension.
• Go to the website whose login you need to force-save.
• On the login page, fill in your credentials (username, email address, password, etc) but do not press login.
• Click theLastPass browser icon, then go toAdd item>Save All Entered Dataat the bottom of the menu.
  Tip:For Internet Explorer users, click the active LastPass icon, then go toTools>Save All Entered Data.
• All captured fields are displayed. If desired, enter more information and specify your desired settings for the item. ClickSavewhen finished
• Once saved, when you return to the login page LastPass should fill the data for you. You may need to“force-fill” the login from the LastPass notification bar, or from the LastPass icon by selecting the site name at the bottom of the menu and then clicking “autofill” a couple times before LastPass learns to autofill on this page.
