I attempted to use master password recovery but it errors out with a message that I don't have the extension installed but of course i do. I tried different browsers and even a different PC and same error. Is this a bug?
Recovering an account through the extension isn't possible unless it has a cached recovery one time password. Try recovery on every single desktop and laptop you've used LastPass on in the past. If unsuccessful, unfortunately, your options are limited.
