I am trapped in a loop and Last Pass Support is not helping.
I have 1000 entries, but need/want to disconnect it from a corporate account at a place I no longer work.
Support is telling me I have a free account, and will need to upgrade then in the next entry they are saying I am in an Enterprise account and I have no problem.
My problem is that I have multiple years and 1000 entries and i need to make sure I don't lose anything.
Why are they NOT able to see what kind of account I have?
