Today, I took the initiative to reset my master password, and initially, everything seemed to be working smoothly on my desktop computer. I made sure to note down the new master password to ensure I wouldn't forget it and could seamlessly log in on my phone in the coming days.
However, when I attempted to log in on my phone using the password I had diligently recorded, I encountered an issue. Suspecting it might be a problem with the mobile app, I decided to try logging in from my desktop again.
To my surprise, when I logged out and attempted to copy-paste the password from the notepad where I had securely stored it, I received an error message stating that I couldn't log in.
I kindly request your prompt assistance with resolving this matter today, as I rely on LastPass for my online security, and I want to ensure everything is working as intended.
