Unable to recover master password

That's it, it just gives me the error that it can't be recovered.

I've been contacting support via e-mail (logged out) and I'm not getting any answers.

When logged in, support is only for logged in users.

How can I get official help? I want to recover my password and download the passwords to change my service - I can't stand going through all this every time.

Unable to recover my master password even if I received correctly my hint via email.

I have entered the code received by sms but still have an error message.

Hi all,

Really, the LastPass support is a big rubbish. I have problems to log in and I can't access to portal to open a Case, and here, anybody can give me a solution to solve the problem.

I received a message to open a ticket in Discord to solve t, but nobody answers there either,

I started to use the password manager of Google while I try to solve it, but I thing that google password manager has come to stay.

I see you have logged in this past week through a local web browser. If the browser's cache is intact with LastPass user data within, then you may be able to generate a recovery one-time-password through there.

If not, you may also revert to the previous password if it was updated in the last 30 days through here: https://lastpass.com/revert.php

Please keep in mind we cannot change any account password ourselves. Your best bet is to check the password 'hint' you may have created at the time of last change, or follow the instructions outlined above (linked).
