I changed my mobile device and lost access to MFA so tried to recover my account by disabling MFA with SMS or email, but none of them work, can't reach support either. Don't know how to disable MFA and instructions doesn't help.

Thank you for posting.
I'm glad you were able to use SMS using a different browser. Try to connect the two-factor authentication step with the app on your mobile device, by scanning the QR code accordingly.
