unable to receive verification email

Hello,

I have not used lastpass for a few years now and a few hours ago I receieved an email from sayingLogin attempt blocked and I should take a closer look. so I tried to login via webpage but it prompted the following:

however I have waited so long and tried multiple times but still no results, curiously I tried the forgotten password and received an email immediately. I have check all the usual places, junk, spam, trash, and other emails that I could be using, tried other variation of password just in case I got it wrong. Can someone from support help me?

I reviewed your account and only one verification email was sent and that is the one you mentioned, otherwise I only see failed sign in attempts which means what you are entering for the master password does not match. Since you do not use the account I would recommend following the steps in this support article and deleting the account and data completely.

Thanks for getting back to me, my first intension was to do just that, but I had to log in to delete my account and could not receive the verification email. However I have tried it again after your reply and successfully received the email and proceededto delete my account. Everything is solved now. I also got the same problem. Already temporarily locked my account by trying multiple times but still no email is sent.

I only see failed sign in attempts on your account, no verification emails have been sent. It looks like you do not have any sites saved currently so you could simply reset your account to create a new master password.

The message from LP says the email was sent to my gmail.I tried a couple of times from thechrome extension and then on a webpage.Have not received any mail.If it was sent to a backup email, I may be in trouble, because we changed ISPs a while back. My backup email would have been with my old provider, but my new one does not offer email support. I obviously cannot determine my backup address without access to my account.I am reluctant to use the forgot password option until I know it will succeed.

Came across this thread looking for a solution to my problem. I have the master password and account username for my lastpass account. Unfortunately I have not logged on in a while and so the system prompts me to check the email associated with my lastpass account. I have lost access to this email. What can I do to get access to my account?
