Hi,
as LastPass dropped support for Paypal I have been trying to update my billing information so that I can add a new payment method. I have tried multiple times and everytime I get an error.
The error is 'Your details could not be saved. Please try again later'.
I have a Premium subscription and I have tried to contact LastPass Support but I haven't found a way to contact by email or by submitting a ticket. The only support option is a phone call.
Why is a phone call the only way to contact support?
