This is very frustrating! When I am away from home and need LastPass, it will not let me use biometrics, but forces me to use the master password.
If I remembered passwords, I wouldn't NEED your program! However, I get home and back on my network and it doesn't even ask for the password, but just let's the biometrics work fine without having to put the password in not even an hour after it refused access without that PW because I was away from home.
Seriously thinking about finding a different solution. This has happened to me several times and makes me question the value of your product! If I can't use it when I need it most, what good is it?
I looked in the settings and don't see a way to solve this. I hope there is a way or that you will fix this.
