Change/Update Password from Password Field in App

Is there a way to update my password from within the app password field ( not navigating to a last pass app ). I was hoping for functionality like that of the chrome web browser. If it notices a change in my password, then it would prompt me to update my last pass vault and update it for me. I know that I can go to the last pass vault and manually change it. I also know that I'm trying to be lazy.

The LastPass browser extension does detect when you change the Master Password of a site and asks to have it updated in your vault. Please be sure to have your extension logged in for this to function properly.
