Unable to login to LastPass due to no email access

Hi,

I have an issue with logging in.

I know my master password, I have my 2FA authenticator code, I also have my Yubi key.

However, when i try login, despite my password being correct it is insisting I check my email (Because its sent a confirmation email to check it is me)

However I realised today I no longer have access to the email account I signed up with to confirm it is me.

How can I gain access to my account given that I have all my security details?
