I can't save anything in my last pass anymore. Keeps saying I may need to check I have the latest version, but when I check, it says, I have the lastest version.

Have you tried to remove and re-install the LastPass app from your computer?
Please access your finder, find the LastPass app and remove it. Once done, re-install the app and try again.
