Cannot seem to Export data. I keep getting "You don't have any data to export".

This is a business account where I have multiple Shares. In fact each folder is administrator login account is Shared with users. I am trying to do the export form the main administrator account.

I thought of possibly taking a Shared folder and convert to a regular (Unshared Folder), export it and then Share it again. But I don't know how to do that and it seems wrong to do all that just to create an export data.

I was able to add a LastPass extension to a browser and was able to get a CSV file but using that file import results are very poor to almost unusable data. Bunch of usernames end up in Password after the file was imported. I would have to spend a lot of time on editing the CSV file from LastPass to make ready for import. Seems very wrong to have to do that.

I have another business account used by another team, and that data exported fine. So I am guessing this may have something to do with the setting on the account that do not let me do the export. But what??? I am at a loss. Any guidance would be very appreciated.

I think I was able to fix it. I am able to export data. To get this to work, I created a new folder. The new folder is not shared with anyone. Then, I went to an existing shared folder (took one of three that I had, random pick basically), selected all of the items in that folder and moved them to an newly created folder (the unshared folder). This gave me a warning that others who may have a share to this date will lose access. I okayed that.

Then I followed the normal export data steps, expecting only to get the data in the newly created unshared folder but instead I got all of the data. A nice surprise. Not sure if the issue was the fact that there was only Shared data before and now I have Shared and Unshared and that seem to allow the export.
