No email from Lastpass, cannot login to verify device

I recently logged in to Lastpass and it told me to renewed my MFA (Microsoft Authenticator). After doing this I was logged out and when I tried to login again it get this error message saying "check your inbox for an email from Lastpass". But I have not received any email from LastPass and I have looked in spam folder as well as whitelisted Lastpass in my email provider. I need help urgently as I cannot work or access my passwords.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with the verification email, we have provided a response there. However, for these scenarios we recommend checking junk/spam folders or review if you have a secondary or security email address were they are being delivered.

A similar problem. I suspect that this is due to the restriction on the device switch (0). Did you manage to log in?

@KarolH I have seen you respond in other threads with helping verify accounts.I'm a paying Lastpass Family customer that has been locked out for several weeks. Could you please help me out?
