@Willis I'm curious to know if you have ever received a response. I'm having the same issue with the "Success! Site: [] was deleted" banner for an entry I deleted recently that appears when I open My LastPass Vault or refresh the page.

I'm sorry, those message should disappear shortly after the action is confirmed.
In this case it may be beneficial to clear the LastPass cache, then log out / back into the app again to see if things have cleared up.
