I received an email this AM from Last Pass saying ~'Did you attempt to change your master password'?

I inadvertently clicked Y instead of N. Then the option timed out.

The master password was not changed. I was able to log in several minutes after receiving the email.

Not sure what happened, if real or not and what I'm supposed to do at this point if anything?

I see 2 login verifications emails were sent today, but no changes to you Master Password or account. If you do not already have it enabled, I would recommend setting up LastPass Authenticator for your account for added security.

Thanks for the information. A few questions--

To use the authenticator do you need the paid version LP?

When I attempted to download the ios authenticator, clicked open, it seemed like I was opening the Google authenticator already installed and same said it could be used as the LP authenticator. True?

You can use the LastPass Authenticator app as a Free user. The Google Authenticator can be used as your Multifactor Authentication app for your LastPass account instead of the LastPass Authenticator app if you would prefer, as Google Authenticator is a supported multifactor authentication option:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/supported-multifactor-authentication-options
