Added a new identity to my account and can no longer see my vault

I was adding a Home Depot account and Lastpass did not come up. I searched on how to add a website manually and all I could find was instructions to add identity. I did this and now when I open the Vault I see "Home Depot" in the upper right corner:

How do I get back my vault?

In LastPass an identity is another way of grouping sets of sites in your Vault, for example one could be for Personal sites and another for Work. You can switch between them and only see the sites you might need access to at the time.

This support article explains how to switch identities (you will want to switch back to your original one to access the vault), and this one explains how to delete an identity from your account.
