However, about 6 or 7 months ago, I noticed that myKuCoin 2FA entrywas missing from the list, after that I reset my  Master Password but it  didn't came back. It seems like the app may have been reset or the entry was somehow removed.

I decided to reset my Master Password to check if this would help recover the missing entries, but unfortunately, theKuCoin entry is still not there. I would like to know:

* Is there adeleted items sectionin the app where I can check for removed entries?
* Is there ahide/unhide optionthat might be affecting the visibility of my KuCoin 2FA entry?
* Is it possible that I aminadvertently logged into a different account?

Could you please check if there is any way torecover this missing entry? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thank you for your response. The issue I’m facing is that I had installed LastPass Authenticator, not the LastPass Vault app, and I was using it for 2FA with KuCoin. However, about 6 or 7 months ago, I noticed that my KuCoin 2FA entry disappeared from the list after I moved the Authenticator app to a different folder on my phone. I believe this action may have caused the app to reset, and after that, I stopped receiving 2FA codes for KuCoin.

Afterward, I installed LastPass in hopes of recovering the missing 2FA entry, but unfortunately, I can’t find anything in LastPass Vault. There are no items listed, and there is also nothing in Secure Notes. I’m wondering, where exactly can I check the item history or notes in LastPass Vault?

Additionally, shouldn’t I be looking for a history or recovery option in the Authenticator app itself, rather than in the Vault?

Please let me know if there’s any way to recover the missing KuCoin 2FA entry or if there’s anything I can do to resolve this issue.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

You have the ability to view several historical pieces, including Note History and Item History.   If your KuCoin data was stored in one of these you should be able to see when it changed.

We don't have the ability to delete anything from a Vault ourselves.
