Can you specify a few things to help identify the problem?
Is this occurring within a web browser itself? If so, do you experience the same in an alternate web browser?
Have you attempted to manually change the password within your online Vault?

Yes, I am using Chrome and I use the web browser for LastPass. I just went into Last Pass in the Microsoft Edge browser. I found 3 accounts that had the same password that has been causing this problem. One account launches correctly with this password. The other two do not. I changed the password for one of the accounts that didn't open. It was corrected in LastPass when I clicked to update the account. So, it looks like this is a problem in Chrome.
Please attempt to troubleshoot the behavior by forcing a sync between your different LastPass instances in this instructional guide.
