I can't update because it asks me to confirm via email, and the actual email that is registered doesn't exist. I need help ot change it.

You may not have verified your original account email.
I've checked your account to verify it so you will only have to confirm the change via email to the new address.
Alternatively, you may export your Vault data, then create a new account with the new email address, and import your data again.
