I send an update so you can continue on your case 02815561. The reason why we need to continue through the case is because there might be needed recording and logs of the issue to escalate and since that is private we don't use the public portal for this scenarios. I unfortunately have not see more cases like yours so I believe is an isolated issue which might need escalation. .
