Hi there,
I canceled my LastPass subscription months ago via Apple Store, but I have received a renewal reminder telling me I will be charged next month. I have migrated my data to another password service, and I no longer have my LastPass master password anymore. I am using another service and don't wish to be charged. It looks like the only way to cancel my subscription from within my account is to have my master password on hand.
It looks like Customer Support folks have been responding to these messages individually. Thank you in advance for your help.
